At Scarlett Energy, we have been working hard to analyse every aspect of our business to ascertain which services and products we can safely continue to offer and which skills, tools and machinery we have that can help our local community alongside changing government guidelines.
SOCIAL DISTANCING The Scarlett’s team are practising social distancing measures, we are living with vulnerable family members and so we must find a safe way to interact with our customers and the wider community. Our office and phone will continue to be manned as normal during our working hours of 9am – 5.30am, Mon-Sat.
VIRTUAL OFFICE We have developed software, websites, mobile form apps and online tools, to enable virtual interaction with our customers throughout all of our business processes. From initial contact to planning, bespoke design, virtual site visits, quotations and instant unrivalled technical backup, we’ve got it all covered using tried and tested techniques. In fact there’s been no better time to sit back and design your perfectly unique renewable energy system or look at the sustainable efficiency of your home and lifestyles.
SITE VISITS It seems that the activity with the highest risk to us all will be home visits where we will require access to your property to undertake work or surveys. We can complete most technical survey visits using our remote design software and apps. It will be necessary to carry out risk assessments, case by case, and dependant on the work involved alongside up to date government guidelines relating to physical visits. Our skilled family work team live together and will continue to undertake a range of specialist services where social distancing recommendations can be achieved at all times.
DON'T BE BORED, GET INVOLVED Life must go on!…. albeit in a different way to what we’re used to.
We know that it’s hard to look for positives in these dark times but, ever the optimists, Scarlett’s team will endeavour to ‘carry on as normal’ wherever we can while looking at ways to make the coming months as worthwhile and bearable as possible.
Look out for our social media games, competitions, blogs, videos and projects where we will also be addressing the other big issues of our time….air pollution, climate change and human sustainability.
Combining our knowledge gained from running our sister company/ brand Scarlett Fireplaces, we will discuss sustainable ways of efficient living through renewable energy, eco-building techniques and local food/ fuel production in harmony with our natural green spaces. No need to be at home bored, there is lots to talk about!
OUR COMMUNITY We understand that life will be negatively affected across our community. Instead of standing around like spare parts, we are ready to help out the vulnerable, NHS and emergency services wherever our skills, tools and machinery can be of use. Our hearts go out to anyone who’s been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. And we’re truly inspired by the selfless healthcare workers around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need.
